The key benefit of the Certified Reliability Engineer Course was that the universal concepts imparted can be applied to many industries. The knowledge proved useful later in my vocation as an Industry Development Officer with A*STAR, as I needed to engage Small-Medium Enterprises regularly to address their manufacturing problem statements, via a structured and scientific approach. As the saying goes, the notions of Quality and Reliability should be woven into the entire organizational ethos, and should not rests solely on the shoulders of QA/QC personnel.
