Job Title: Scrum Product Owner
Main Tasks
Defining Processes and Product Blueprint:
  • Defining of a blueprint for sales processes and the app’s user flow.
  • Support Product Managers/Process Managers to define business requirements for pilot development and future changes
  • Assist in conveying and translating business requirement to product developers, with support from IT
  • Work with UI/UX designer to influence product’s final look and feel
  • Validation of user stories, requirements and design with markets
  • Main business contact point for defined markets
  • Validate development timelines and align with BU stakeholders in the market
  • Prepare management presentations
  • Participate in various scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, etc) and PI Planning events
  • Support to develop training concept and material
  • Analysis of functional gaps during market UAT
  • Support markets in rollout concept
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in (business or marketing)
  • Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
  • Minimum working experience required 2-3 years
  • We will also consider graduates with appropriate qualification and background
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken. Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of the agile methodology
  • Digital native, ideally with knowledge in UX (App design)
  • Detailed knowledge of retail processes in the automotive business preferred
  • High-level understanding of CRM and Dealer Management System preferred
  • Good presentation skills

Salary is up to SGD 6500/month, depends on candidate qualifications and experience.
