Too many companies are working on the wrong projects. Project portfolios are filled with projects that do not provide real value at completion even though the triple constraints of Time, Cost and Performance have been carefully managed and met (PM 1.0).
An essential success criterion with PM 2.0 is that projects must provide some degree of value when completed as well as meet the competing constraints.
This session will give insights on four cornerstones for success defined in terms of value upon project completion with PM 2.0 in today’s business context.
- Paradigm shift of Plan-Driven to Value-Driven in today’s Project in Industry 4.0 era.
- Defining the Value and the Value Continuum
- Understanding Value Management Life-Cycle Phases, Inputs, Tools & Techniques and Outputs
