In this 2-hrs workshop, you will learn why is it important in our fast pace culture, we need to deliberate pause on purpose (POP). Pausing intentionally helps us whether as individuals or leaders be more aware of the current situation. Lack of situational awareness leads to default knee-jerk response that sometimes results in disengagement or poor judgement and performance.

Can we afford such outcomes? Without pausing on purpose, we used old ways to solve new problems, we become less purposeful thus our actions at best accomplish the task on hand without yielding its intended impact.

If you noticed that you are not getting the performance outcomes you want, this workshop is likely for you.
