COURSE OBJECTIVES

Convert the current ISO 9001:2008 Auditor / Lead Auditor to ISO 9001:2015 Auditor / Lead Auditor by attending 2-Day IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Transition Training Course.

• Context of Organization / Risks and Opportunities

SECTION B: SKILLS (TO BE PRACTISED THROUGH TASKS OR SIMULATED AUDIT SITUATION)
• Planning The Audit
• Conducting The Audit
• Auditing Management System Requirements
• Generating Audit Findings

DAY TWO: CHANGES ARISING AS A RESULT OF AMENDMENTS TO THE STANDARD-SPECIFIC CONTENT OF ISO 9001:2005

SECTION A: KNOWLEDGE
• Clarification of New Structure, Terminology and Concepts (Ref: ISO 9001:2015, Annex A)
• Introduction To ISO 9001:2015 : Scope / Normative References / Terms and Definitions / Context of The Organization/ Leadership / Planning / Support / Operation / Performance Evaluation / Improvement
• Correlation Matrices Between ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 9001:2015
• Communicate essential changes in QMS Specific Requirements as a result of transitioning from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015
• Identify requirements For Documented Information and highlight the Significant Differences

• Six Essential Steps In Performing An Audit (Ref: ISO 19011:2011)
• Six Essential Points of Audit Methodology: Audit Objective, Audit Scope, Audit Criteria, Audit Evidence, Audit Findings & Audit Conclusion
• Skills To Be Practiced through simulated audit situations In The context of ISO 9001:2015
• Continual Assessment and Knowledge-based Test

COURSE DURATION
2 days | 9am – 5pm | 14 hours

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
QMS Auditor / Lead Auditors who had completed their IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2008 Training Course aim to be registered as IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Auditor / Lead Auditor.
