Arena has over 20 years of industry experience in information technology in leading and managing projects, including regional projects. She also brings with her administration, recruitment consulting and training experience.
Arena is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)® , Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) & DISC consultant. Arena also has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and a Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) from SSG.
