Introduction
Scrum is an agile process framework for managing complex knowledge work and has since been widely used in many fields such as service and product innovation, problem solving and IT.
In this 2-day certification programme, participants will deepen and solidify their knowledge and skills as a Scrum Master through interactive lectures and team-based experiential exercises to support the Scrum team as a Servant Leader.
Objectives
With many organisations such as American Express, Adobe, British Telecom, Osim, IBM and many more adopting Scrum as their framework to deliver relevant and high-quality product and services for their customers. It is imperative for organisations looking to be adaptive and flexible to adopt this transformational concept.
You will come away from this experiential workshop with a deep understanding of Scrum Master roles and responsibilities in making of a high performance Scrum team that constantly delivering value and results for your organisation.

Who Should Attend
IT or Process Managers, Executives, IT Architecture Designer, Supervisors, Project Managers, Consultants, Quality Managers or Specialists.
Entry Requirement
Diploma, Certified Product Owner or Supervisors with at least 2 years’ experience.
Assessment Method
Learners are to attempt and pass an MCQ assessment on the final day.
